Best-selling techno-thriller author turned whistleblower, Brett Arquette’s legal case has turned up a startling phone conversation between the Florida Chief Supreme Court Justice and the embattled Chief Judge Munyon of Florida’s Ninth Circuit Court. This audio was shared as a discovery but was certainly never meant to become a public record. Florida’s Sunshine Law, however, doesn’t differentiate between mundane testimony and in this case, a notably angry Supreme Court who is fed up with Chief Judge Munyon, former Chief Judge Belvin Perry, and an elected Public Defender Blaise Trettis. This call is roughly seventeen minutes of Munyon taking a knee in front of the Supreme Court while also receiving a tongue lashing you have to hear to believe. The Supreme Court has a very specific opinion on how to put an end to this national fiasco.
