Whistleblower and bestselling author Brett Arquette, who wrote the tell-all book THE NINTH CIRCUS COURT, home was raided by no less than fifteen Orange County Sheriff Officers. Arquette’s son was pulled out of his bed at gunpoint in what might be the most prolific case of State-endorsed coercion on record. The reason for the court order (shockingly signed by a Judge in the same Circuit Court Arquette accused of fraud and sexual harassment) was a potential clerical mistake on a public records request.
Arquette, the former 30-year CTO of the Ninth Circuit Court, who doesn’t even have a parking ticket, was subjected to a four-hour search of his home where all his computers and hard drives we confiscated, which begs to ask the question if WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION in Florida exists in any form.
It would appear that Mr. Arquette’s bestselling novel has finally become a problem for the State of Florida, which is demonstrated in this angry leaked phone call between the Chief Judge of the 9th Circuit and the appointed 9th Circuit State Attorney.
